Course Objectives

Guided by our AIOps industry expert you’ll learn about, explore and discuss:

• The basics of Intelligent Automation (IA) and its applications in various industries, with a focus on healthcare
• How to identify potential areas for automation in their own organizations and brainstorm potential solutions using AI and machine learning
• The potential applications of AI in healthcare, such as patient care, drug development and medical imaging
• The potential applications of AI in healthcare sales, such as customer segmentation, lead generation, and sales forecasting
• Best practices for implementing AI and machine learning projects in an organization, and the ethical considerations that come with it.

Experiential Learning / Demonstrations & Activities

This class will provide a comprehensive overview of Intelligent Automation and its applications in healthcare and sales. Attendees will gain an understanding of the potential applications of AI in healthcare and sales through real-world examples and use cases. The class will also cover best practices for implementing AI and machine learning projects in an organization and how to create a personal action plan for engaging in intelligent automation.

Throughout the class, there will be several interactive demonstrations to give attendees a sense of how AI can be applied in healthcare and sales. The class will be led by an experienced instructor with a background in both AI and business, and will include opportunities for Q&A. Please note that, depending on the group size, complexity of the topics and participants background, the class may need to be adjusted and customized.

The intended audience for this course is business users new to AI and machine learning, specifically those working in the healthcare industry. This includes healthcare professionals, administrators, and executives who want to learn about the latest advancements in AI and how they can be applied to their field.

Pre-Requisites

In order to get the most out of the course you should have the following incoming skills:

• Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis
• Basic understanding of business operations and processes
• Familiarity with spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel)
• Familiarity with healthcare operations and processes will be beneficial but not a requirement.
