Agile Development Basics / Bringing Agile Development into the Enterprise (Overview) is a one-day event designed to provide project stakeholders with an in-depth review and baseline understanding of Agile Development, and the benefits it can bring to the IT, software development or DevOps oriented enterprise. Our experienced practitioner will explain key concepts through sharing current practical business examples, success (and failure!) stories, and related case studies. Participants will exit the course conversant in Agile development skills and strategies, surrounding Agile development.
