To help you increase your chances for success, TriveraTech has developed several assessment and testing options, both written and online, each flexible and customizable to meet your specific goals. All results can be generated into clear Executive Summaries for your use.  Some of the programs we offer are:

Pre-Program Developer Surveys: Comprehensive written student surveys designed to gauge interest in a particular topic or desire to learn new skills. Useful when placing developers in a particular role or learning path. Details their current skills and interests, recent experiences and personal technical goals and interests.

Comprehensive eAssessments: TriveraTech is pleased to offer a unique, comprehensive eAssessment program to gauge skills before, during and after completion of any developer training and/or mentoring program. Used for Pre-Testing, eAssessment can pinpoint a developer's skill level, eligibility for a particular class or program and need for supplemental or advance education. This information can be critical to the successful development and delivery of the learning event. 

Ensure students are on track during a program and retaining concepts. Mid-Program Assessments can catch students who may be falling behind, or flag the program to challenge students who may be moving through the concepts at a faster pace.

Post Training Assessment & Roadmap Refinement: Assess the results of a specific program, and define additional program suggestions for students who may need concepts reinforced, or who will move to a new role requiring additional skills, etc.

We can also gauge the progress of your students as they move through the curriculum, and offer tailored supplemental work if necessary to keep everyone on track. We want to ensure that the activities of students carefully match the goals of the final project or targeted position as they move into this new technology. Grading, assessment and student evaluations may be built into any training package.
