Trivera Technologies unique IMPACT Immersion Program is conducted as series of just-in-time (JIT) learning engagements, work assignments, Mentoring projects, work product reviews, and continuous skills assessment - all integrated into your real-world project.

Our IMPACT Program begins by identifying an appropriate project and developer team. Team members are taught to express problems in terms of role-based collaborations and to apply precise prescriptions for transforming those collaborations into distributed object-oriented solutions that map to high-performance pattern based architectural frameworks. 

Team members work closely with a TriveraTech mentor who will cultivate their skills and guide them from requirements to deployment of the project's first release. Using Trivera's "continuous release" approach, the team will deploy incremental releases every 1-3 weeks culminating in an initial production release within 3-5 months (actual time is dependent on project size, complexity, and team member availability).

At the conclusion of the IMPACT© initiative, your organization will have:

• all original material researched in our own Curriculum Lab 

• a practical understanding of optimized methods, project dynamics, and best practices for Web-centric development required to build state-of-the-art e-business solutions with the technologies of your choice (i.e. J2EE, .NET)

• the initial production release of your e-business project built with the tools of your choice and deployed on the application server or commerce server of your choice

• a comprehensive blueprint of the software architecture and hardware infrastructure together with a recommended strategy and comprehensive risk analysis

• thoughtful and complete skills analysis together with recommendations based on one-on-one IT project team interaction and testing
