Custom Course Development Services

One of the primary business models at TriveraTech is to develop “out of the box” Java training curriculum for private clients, whether they license our existing technology-centric (vendor neutral) Java curriculum, or contract us to create proprietary (vendor specific) content. Being that this is a major function of our organization, we are especially sensitive to creating a courseware package that meets the not only the high standards of our clients from a technical level, but also the needs of the Instructor and students to run a successful course independent of it’s author, as needed.

Our courseware development team has worked closely with the engineering teams of several industry leaders to ensure that our content is the most up-to-date and effective available. We are comfortable in our role as a sub-contracted development team, having authored over 100 days of custom training in the last year for a variety of clients.

Our courseware development team consists of a group of advanced Java developers who are masters in training and curriculum design. As you will see from our client list, we are well rehearsed in providing this type of deliverable. All of our team members are “programmers first” who bring years of practical development experience into every classroom and custom project.

Our development team can work closely with your own team for a "joint effort" project, or can work as independent of your group to complete the project - whatever you wish. Our goal is simply to place the minimum burden on your team as possible while meeting any development, delivery and review requirements you may have. We provide you with the flexibility to be involved with the process as you would like, allowing you to free up your own critical resources to work on other projects.

Throughout our courseware development, consulting and training efforts, every member of TriveraTech technical team has been required to work closely with a variety of software engineers, technical directors, course designers, project leaders and executive managers on a regular and solid basis. We are sensitive to deadlines, and most comfortable with open lines of communication with all facets of any organization, as directed by the Client.

Our team has been trained to communicate easily with everyone from a Client’s tech team to it’s sales force. We are at ease with reporting requirements and status checks, and make ourselves available whenever necessary, which is especially critical in a tight deadline situation.

We have developed proprietary hands-on courses for leading software vendors such as Sun Microsystems, iPlanet (Netscape), SilverStream, Sybase, Unify, BEA and many others. Referrals and samples available upon request.
